Masanari Kikuchi

2008年、愛知県名古屋市生まれ。中学受験をして東海中学校に入学。中学時代は、読書やアニメ鑑賞に没頭しながらビジネスに興味を持つ。中学3年生に自分自身で「合同会社ノブレス」を設立し代表を務めることで、企業の仕組みを学ぶ。その後、東海高校ビジネス愛好会に入部し、色々なハッカソンに挑戦する。その後、学校生活の退屈さに嫌気がさし、高校を中退。起業活動に専念する決意を固める。現在は、アニメを通じて社会に影響を与え、人々に新たな視点を提供することを目指している。

Born in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, in 2008. After passing the entrance exam, entered Tokai Junior High School. 

During junior high, he immersed himself in reading and watching anime while developing an interest in business. In his third year of junior high, he established "Nobles LLC" on his own and served as its CEO, learning the structure of a company. He later joined the Business Club at Tokai High School and participated in various hackathons. Eventually, feeling disillusioned with the monotony of school life, he dropped out of high school and committed to focusing on entrepreneurship. 

He is currently aiming to influence society and provide people with new perspectives through anime.

COO　山頭　雅也

Masaya Santo

1998年広島生まれ大阪育ち。大阪大学基礎工学研究科卒。機械系を専攻し、生体流体の数値シミュレーションを研究、論文・国際学会で発表。学生時代は卓球に没頭し、打倒私立を掲げ、仲間と大きな目標に挑む楽しさを知る。卒業後デンソーに就職し愛知へ。車載ソナーソフトの量産開発に従事しつつ、人生の目標を模索する中で起業と出会う。どうせ人生を懸けるなら「日本全体を明るく元気に」との理想を掲げ、起業に挑戦中。 

Born in 1998 in Hiroshima and raised in Osaka. Graduated from Osaka University, Graduate School of Engineering Science. Majored in mechanical engineering, researching numerical simulations of biofluid dynamics, and presented at international conferences.

During his student years, he immersed himself in table tennis, aiming to defeat private schools and discovering the joy of pursuing ambitious goals with teammates.

After graduation, he joined DENSO and moved to Aichi, engaging in mass-production development of automotive sonar software. While searching for his life’s purpose, he encountered entrepreneurship.

Believing that if he is to dedicate his life to something, it should be to "brighten and energize all of Japan," he is now taking on the challenge of starting his own business.
